Yes, we offer a special package only for advertising account management. In this package, you would get a dedicated account manager who will create, optimize and manage your campaigns after your approval. You can connect with your account manager via skype and email.We work 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) 12pm to 9pm (IST). You can always reach out to your account manager in unearthly hours if required.

We currently offer two types of Amazon services:

Amazon Data Management: We deliver quality through precise Amazon product listing services per the specified guidelines. We will manage your seller or vendor central account.

Amazon Ads: We will manage your amazon ads account. We will create, optimize and monitor performance for your amazon campaigns.

No, we currently don't offer AWS (Amazon Web Services) services for Amazon

We maintain easy accessibility and an open line of communication through Email, Skype & Phone or any other preferred mode of communication by you.

At the end of each week, the project manager supervising your project will send you a detailed report updating you on the progress of your project. In some cases, we also send the daily report at the end of each working day.

Our top Management and Project Leaders are available 24X7. You can always reach out to them on info@globalwebtechindia.com for any issue.

The mode of communication depends on your package and project. We generally offer email and skype. Sometimes, we provide phones and other ways of communication suggested by the client.

We always try to prevent the advent of any such situation by keeping you in complete know-how of your project and providing you clear problem escalation routes. In the event of an unfortunate scenario like this, you may bring the issue to the notice of your business developer (BD) or you can always reach out to our top management on info@globalwebtechindia.com for any issue.

You will get a dedicated business developer and project manager for your project.

A project manager will handle a team of associates working on your project. The project manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to your project. The business developer will be responsible for any query related to billing and payment.Keep your business developer in the cc for each email.

The pricing depends on the project requirements.

We generally offer an hourly rate for data management-related services—the number of hours required to complete the task and pricing.

For marketing-related services, we create custom packages depending on project requirements and tasks involved in the project.

The pricing can be discussed once you approve the project.

For international, we accept payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer and Credit Card.

For domestics, we also offer QR codes, UPI and direct bank transfers.

You will get detailed information from your business developer about this - security issue

Once the project starts, you can make the full payment, or you can make half payment in advance and the rest payment after 15 days.

• Your personal information like your name, email address, phone number and different correspondence contact preferences gathered from you via our inquiry types are saved in stringent confidentiality.
• As a processor for your customer's data, we follow your guidelines on how to deal with that data. Please rest assured that your information wouldn't be sold and shared or presented to a third party under any circumstance.
• We don't allow any unauthorized access.

Once the project starts and you are not satisfied with the service or would like to cancel a deal for any other reason. You can raise a refund request within 7 days once the project starts. Please note that we would only be able to refund you 60% of your total invoice.

For example, if your total invoice value is 1000 USD and you raise a refund request within 7 days, then we would be able to refund you 60% amount of the total value, i.e. 600 USD in this case.

Please note that we will not provide a 100% refund.

Important: The refund policy is only valid for up to 7 days (including weekends) once the project starts. You will get an email for the start date of your project from the project manager.
